This website collects only the information needed to answer enquiries, provide estimates and arrange exterior cleaning services.
Information you provide
When you use the contact or instant-estimate form, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, property address, service requirements and any notes you add.
Why this information is used
The information is used to respond to your enquiry, calculate or confirm a quote, arrange work and keep an appropriate record of customer communication.
Website estimate submissions
The website sends the submitted job information and calculated estimate to Pane In The Glass South by email. Where the hosting account permits it, a restricted server-side backup is also stored outside the public website directory to protect against lost enquiries. Submission timing and a one-way network identifier may be used for short-term rate limiting and spam protection.
Sharing information
Personal information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers only where necessary to operate the website, email service or hosting.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, accounting, legal or business record purposes. Short-term rate-limit records expire from active use after fifteen minutes.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information is held about you, request corrections, or ask for information to be deleted where there is no legal reason to retain it.

Quote form photos
If you choose to upload photographs with a pressure-washing enquiry, they are used only to assess the requested work, access, water connection and surface condition. Please do not upload images containing people, vehicle registrations or information unrelated to the property or quote request. The form accepts up to six JPEG, PNG or WebP images, no larger than 5 MB each and 12 MB in total.
